Cabbage soup diets alone won’t work in the long-run. Sure, you can burn some pounds initially, but as I said before, You can’t just eat cabbage soup everyday.
The main problem, however, lies in the fact that the cabbage soup diet simply lacks the nutrients our bodies need. Even if you love cabbage soup, and could eat everyday, your body won’t let get away with it. Essentially, you are depriving yourself of the basic necessities for your body to function properly. You will then find yourself in a struggle, as with most diets, to maintain this eating regimen.
Slowly you’ll begin to crack under the pressure your body will place upon you. You will crave other foods more and more. Until finally, you simply give into those cravings. You’ll cast aside the cabbage soup diet, and start eating like its going out of style.
Your body will also wage a psychological battle with you in an effort to get the nutrients it needs. You’ll will notice yourself judging everyday by what you ate. It will consume your thoughts. Sticking with the cabbage soup diet, or any diet for that matter, will become more and more challenging.
